Client Balance Plan

A structured payment option for clients who need flexibility while maintaining consistent clinical care.

The Client Balance Plan allows you to receive ongoing treatment while paying your session costs over time.

This option is designed for clients who are committed to their care but may need short-term financial flexibility.

A limited number of clients are accepted into this program.

Instead of paying in full at each visit, you may carry a running balance while continuing care.

  • Each session is added to your balance

  • A payment is required at every visit

  • Your balance is reduced over time with consistent payments

This allows you to stay consistent with care while managing costs in a structured way.

Balance Limit

Your total outstanding balance may not exceed $600 (approximately 5 sessions).

If this limit is reached, additional sessions will be paused until the balance is reduced.

Minimum Payment Requirement

A minimum payment is required at each visit.

  • Typical minimum: $30–$50 per session

  • Higher payments are encouraged when possible

Card on File

A valid card on file is required for all clients participating in this plan.

Ongoing Payments

Clients are expected to make consistent payments toward their balance.

If payments are not maintained, the card on file may be charged to reduce the balance.

Attendance & Scheduling

  • Sessions are typically scheduled once per week

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions will still be charged

Consistency is essential for effective clinical outcomes.

Program Requirements

To participate in the Client Balance Plan, you must:

  • Be an established client

  • Demonstrate commitment to your care plan

  • Maintain consistent attendance

  • Remain in good standing with payments and communication

This program is offered at the practitioner’s discretion.

Important Notes

The Client Balance Plan is not an open-ended payment arrangement.

  • Services may be paused if:

    • The balance exceeds the limit

    • Payments are not being made consistently

    • Appointments are frequently missed

Once your balance is paid in full, you may request to use the plan again if needed.
