Once your message is received, I will review your information and respond within 1–2 business days.

From there:
• I may ask a few follow-up questions to better understand your goals or symptoms
• I’ll let you know whether your concern is a good fit for my scope of practice
• If appropriate, you’ll receive next steps for scheduling your first session

This ensures your care is thoughtful, appropriate, and aligned with your specific needs before you ever get on the table.
