About me

Hi! I am Lydia, I am a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of clinical experience, practicing since 2011. My work focuses on concussion care and injury recovery for clients who want to take an active role in their health and are willing to engage in the process of healing.

My approach is clinical, educational, and collaborative. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I take a whole-body view—looking at how the nervous system, brain, and body interact and influence recovery. I’m less interested in masking discomfort and more interested in understanding why symptoms are present and how to support meaningful change.

I specialize in concussion and injury treatment and do not offer relaxation or spa-style massage. Sessions are intentional and tailored, often incorporating assessment, hands-on techniques, and client education. I believe informed clients make better decisions about their health, and I encourage participation rather than passive treatment.

I’m drawn to this work because I find the brain and nervous system fascinating. Each client presents a unique puzzle, and I enjoy problem-solving within the complexity of the human body. My goal is to support recovery by working with the system as a whole—not just the area where symptoms show up.

Clients who work best with me are curious, engaged, and ready to explore different approaches to feel better. If you’re looking for hands-on, evidence-informed care focused on recovery rather than relaxation, my practice may be a good fit.
